Ms. SHWETA BHARADWAJ is the Director of our Company. She holds a PGDM in HR from Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore, she has done Diploma in Labor Law from NILEM University, Chennai and has completed her B.Sc. in Zoology from M.D.D.M College, Bihar.
She has been a high impact HR professional who has driven strategic HR initiatives to realize bottom- line results and enhance employee engagement in the pursuit of organizational objectives across diverse set of industries. Accountable for framing performance management system in the company and executed process across organization. She has been awarded “Pat on the Back Award” for hiring SAP professionals, Bagged appreciation from the US clients, Holds the distinction of having been published,in the Internal Weekly Magazine as Major Contributor for getting the right kind of people for SAP Projects.
She has previously worked with SDG Software as Assistant Manager- HR, Affiliated Computer Services of India Pvt. Ltd., (Xerox), as HR Generalist and holds merit in handling all HR initiatives like Recruitment, Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition & Management, Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning and General Administration.
Mr. SHISHIR BHUSHAN PRASAD has been a member of the Board of Directors since October, 2023.
He is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture& animal Husbandry from the University of Govind Ballah Pant Institute of Agriculture and Technology, Pant Nagar. He is a CAIIB (Certificated Member of Indian Institute of Bankers) ,Certificate in Computer Application.
He has Served as Dy Regional Manager and subsequently Regional Manager of Chandigarh Region from 2012 to 2015 at Bank of Baroda ,covering Himachal Pradesh (27 branches), Chandigarh (18 branches) and Haryana (47 branches).
He has Served as Regional Manager in the Hon. Prime Minister Constituency i.e. Varanasi, region covering eight districts of UP having 99 branches.
He has also served as DY. GENERAL MANAGER, as his last assignment at Bank of Baroda and has extended his services to the bank for thirty-six years.
Digitized and transformed the rural villages of Varanasi during demonetization phase and for wider financial inclusion.
Attended very high-level meetings even with Hon’ble Chief Minster many times to represent the Bank.
