Role Description1. Managing Branch identification, opening and setting up infrastructure
2. Control inventory and manage new supplies.
3. Search and appoint new vendors for branch infra and other supplies.
4. Vendor performance matrix, finalization of Service Legal agreement clauses and monitoring their Performance.
5.Operational and administrative functions at branches including office infrastructure, shifting, renovation, furnishing activities.
6.Vendor Management to ensure good service within Budget.
7. Rental Agreement Execution and Renewals.
8. Preparation and renewal of commercial lease agreements including documents verification documents verification from different Source.
Qualification Any Graduate and Postgraduate
